2. Provincial Industry Office / Department of Industrial Works
3. Energy Regulatory Commission
4. Department of Alternative Energy Development and Conservation
5. Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC)
6. Metropolitan Electricity Authority
7. Provincial Electricity Authority

Application for building modification permit

3. Regulations / Exceptions
– Buildings located in legally controlled areas require a building modification permit.
– If the installation area does not exceed 160 sq.m. and the weight does not exceed 20 kg/sq.m.,
no permit is required, but the local authorities must be notified beforehand.
